Everything as expected. Good office location for pick up and return in Venice. Only criticism was lack of any basic map of Italy in the car, which for a tourist would have helped. I was late for a trainon return and the office person was helpful in sorting out the return despite my fluster. Just caught the train as a result!! [...]
