Jamie Allen - Cyprus (21 September 2011)Given that no automatic gearbox car (as booked) was available, we were delighted with the manual upgrade offered in Luton Airport, although we did have to wait about half an hour for things to be sorted out. In the event, the larger vehicle proved to be an excellent hiring and we were pleased with its condition. The road service people had to be called out because a section of the battery housing had fallen into the gearbox (presumably during previous servicing) but this was prompt and friendly and 'lost' us only two hours on the day in question.
