With the execption of being charged for a one-way drop fee to London Heathrow Airport....when in fact I had collected and returned the car from/to Birmingham South, there were no other problems. However, this error was quickly rectified and has not put me off from booking a car from Arguscarhire.com again in the future. Excellent service & good rates - thank you!
