(had 85 year old with me) Staff were very helpful, good humoured and re-assuring. (My anxiety about leaving the airport and getting lost). Only confusion was daily rate of insurance, my husband quoted it lower during point of booking. But that could have been a mis-understanding. Overall, no complaints. This was the fist occasion that I have dealt with europcar and I have to say it won,t be the last. The staff were very friendly and the vehicle I received was exceptional to drive.
