second time i rented thru arguscarhire, both times good experience. I had to prepay full tank 2nd time i only got half tank empty. but was charged for economy and got minivan. all good with Miami Airport car hire.

Nelson Mendez - Norway (22 November 2010)the quote was very good. The service at Thrifty - Miami was reasonably good, but in Orlando, it was excellent. The car that i received in miami had a problem and the GPS brokedown in half way Miami-Orlando. As soon as I arrived to Orlando, i went to the airport, to the office of Thrifty in that airport. Those guys were really nice, they replace the GPS inmediately and exchange the car with an upgrade. I dont expect not to have any problems, but i always expect to get answers and solutions to them. Thats what i got.
