Good price and service for Birmingham car hire.

The car i was given far out did my expectations. It was a brand new volvo. Very very comfortable and brilliantly economical. It made my elderly mothers holiday and driving was a dream. The politeness , helpfulness and friendliness of the staff also made hiring with you a pleasure. A very memorable and pleasurable experience in Birmingham. thank you very much.

Price was as quoted. Easy dealing with ALAMO in Bham UK. Car was exactly what we wanted (VW Golf). And returning the car was a breeze in Birmingham.

There was a slight issue on price, but that was PARTLY due to me extending the hire period direct with Alamo in Birmingham Downtown.

Easy to use, good pricing and good value excess insurance in Birmingham.

The only recommendation I would pass on would be to make it clearer on the confirmation email that a Utilities Bill is necessary upon arrival at Thrifty. Regards

Staff at the Bristol Street shop were extremely helpful and there was a minimum of fuss and paperwork to complete on collection of the car. An excellent experience.
