GARY BLOWER - UK (08 June 2010)The problem was a very long waiting time to get attended at the Europcar desk in Palma airport. 1 hour. This is the longest I have ever waited to get a rental car. In contrast to the very poor service at Europcar, the online reservation experience at Argus was very good. I was redirected to the site from the price comparison site momondo.com. Although I did not know Argus beforehand it was very easy and quick to make the booking and I will use the site again for Mallorca Airport car hire.
