When I spoke to the rep in Spain he not only supplied me with the phone number of DVLA but when I had problems getting trhough he not only supplied me with their phone but refused to take any payment for the call. With service like that who needs to uise any othe company. I could not have had better treatment if I had been royalty. Please convey mt grateful thank to them . P W Bates
