Quick & efficient service at desk. Needed to ask for visibility jackets and warning triangles as required by Spanish law which they did supply on request.

JONATHAN FITCHES - UK (21 July 2009)The flight landed at 2330 11/6/09 flight details given so we couldn't collect the car until after midnight - this was explained on booking. When we got to the desk there was no car booked because they'd been given the information that we were arriving 24 hrs earlier so it was written as a no show ( midnight on the 10/7 ). The woman on the desk in Alicante was extremly heplful and provided us with a vehicle. This was a very stressful trip as we we attending the funeral of someone who had died unexpectedly & I cannot stress that your member of staff went out of her way to help us. Regards Douglas J Owen
