Patrick Binns - UK (21 October 2010)Initially we were rather worried that on arriving at Alicante airport our booking through Dickmanns was "off site". However, the courtesy vehicle (very comfortable) soon arrived and immedately took us to Dickmanns near the airport. Booking formalities were attended almost immediately (possibly the quickest we have ever experienced) and then we were off on the road in our Fiat Punto. On returning the car 6 days later, again, the paperwork was dealt with with no problems or delays. Many thanks for a "good experience"!
