This was a phone booking as I hire a care due to poor mobility myself. I rarely travel more than 100km in a week and resent hire companies that charge for a full tank of fuel. I have always found Argus telephone staff very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Thank you. I have used Solmar on previous occasions in Alicante and have always been satisfied with the service. I prefer to pay just for the fuel I use and resent paying for a full tank of fuel when I rarely travel more than 100Km in a week. I have recommended Solmar to friends who have also been very happy with the service.

debra allix - United Kingdom (14 August 2011)During the first volcanic ash eruption I contacted ArgusCarHire to find out what my options were. 1/ I spoke with a very helpful person without hanging around for ages in a phone queue. 2/ If the flight was cancelled I was told I could get my money back. 3/ When I did eventually fly (on a delayed departure) they contacted SOLMAR to check that someone would still be available at the rental desk in Alicante. Excellent customer service !
