All staff very good but car condition very poor with 13 damage points marked up by company prior to hire we would ask for another car next time in Alicante Airport.

I appreciate it is not the fault of Argus but of the car hire companies. I do not agree with the full/empty policy as majority of drivers do not leave the car back empty and therefore the rental companies are making hugh profits. Another scam!
