The car was brand new ..the delivery and collection agents professional and very quick. We have rebooked with you for July in Lisbon.

Return at Lisbon airport very smooth despite congestion caused by volcanic ash scare on day of return -- lots of crowds and cars but agent was on hand at once to receive car, check it and complte paper work. Very professional and efficient!

It was scratched and dented all round and one tyre was borderline safe. However, it was fully functional and the agent in Lisbon airport acknowledged the condition without prompting.
