Jill Formston - United Kingdom (17 August 2011)Argus itself is not a problem - it is the rental companies it uses that are the problem - Air Auto were very hard to find to get the car and almost impossible to find to return it to Faro Airport.

In our particular case, it took a couple of days before availabilty could be confirmed with a car hire company but that came through OK. When we arrived at the airport, the hire company was right next to the terminal, it took only a few minutes to complete the formalites and then we were out on the road. The vehicle was clean, in good condition, and just what we wanted. Drop-off was at a different place on the way into the airport and trouble-free. We had a short transfer by bus. All in all, everything was completely trouble-free in Faro Airport.

Our car had dents and scratches all over.A broken wing mirror and bumper hanging off! But had no problems throughout our 2 week holiday in the running of the vehicle. We will use you again in the future for Faro Airport car hire.
