After booking on-line I had a supplementary question. It was easy to find a contact number, I was answered promptly and the Argus Representative was extremely polite, courteous and efficient. This, sadly, is not common with many call centre experiences. The process of collecting the car at Faro was exactly as we had been advised. There was no waiting in queues and the Master Cars Rep was also very efficient, friendly and helpful. The car seemed brand new and the whole process was just as it should have been.
