Got the car I wanted in Faro Airport at a decent price

Keith Haddington - UK (09 September 2010)Everything went really well with our booking in Faro Airport. The car was in immaculate conditon upon collection and ran well. The only initial difficulty was finding the booth and carpark having arrived at Faro Airport, but once we did the service was swift and efficient. Another small point was that the car needed to be in first gear in order to start and we were not told this. This caused a bit of a panic the second time we went to start the car, but we soon worked the system out and had no further problems. The service was friendly and efficient and we had a great holiday. Thank you.

Also, good value rental cost compared to other rental firms. I needed to change the pick up and drop off times due to flight changes - these changes were made very quickly and clearly by the customer service department dealing with the query.
