auto rent were very professional when we found the car damaged by a hit and run driver. all paper work etc done with professionalism and everything they did was good in Faro Airport. they visited the car to view the damage and everyting was dealt with. We of course were very angry at the hit and run driver!

We have rented from much better known companies at much greater prices and received a much shabbier car and been left to sort through a pile of dirty broken car seats, having waited a long time for the courtesy bus to take the driver to the vehicle. We would certainly rent from Argus again.
