It almost makes up for the Jucy experience where we had to wait a very time time to be given our car (even tho we had done the paperwork and paid for the car online) and then charged for a windscreen which I feel certain wasn't picked up in their pre-rental check.

There were no problems with the car or the service, With regard to Argus Car Hire.com who I have not used before I was not left in any doubt about the details of the contract and the arrangments with Ace Car Rentals. It is important to reassure the customer with as much information as possible when using a online booking. H Davies
