The exess was quoted by argus to 750 € the italians in Cagliari airport locked 1100€ on our Credit Card.. Of course they then want to sell their NoExessInsurance, that now covers a higher Price ... Overall a OK value for money, if you go without an accident ;)

More important to us was that we had to re-book (due to volcanic ash delays) and this was done quickly and with no additional cost to us
