The price was reasonable. The car was ready. Only problem was they forgot to tell me to return the car to the back of the building so I had a little trouble finding where to return the car. I would rent again from Argus in Bologna Train Station.
Andrew Kaufman - USA (23 June 2011)The service was very clear and response quick. The details were spelled out clearly. Probably one little addition would help -- simply based on our experience. We hired the car from Bologna, near the rail station. But we found it difficult to find the Maggiore office even though it was only a few hundred metres, and interestingly, local people whom we asked directions were unfamiliar with either the street address or Maggiore. It would be useful on the confirmation booking to put a map. But the service was excellent.
