A very pleasant young lady dealt with everything very efficiently, i had ordered a child seat which was there and so clean it looked new. Within ten minutes i was away to pick up the car from the lot, very easy, no stress and the return was equally easy. This was Hahn Airport Germany, i wish service everywhere was as good as that which i received there.
