I found the staff at the booking office at Canberra airport to be very helpful and friendly however would have preffered to pay the insurance up front as found the 31 dollars per day for my rental rather hefty added onto my booking charge.

Good site easy to follow everything in place and ready when we arrived in Canberra. Would be a good idea if you had on your site the option for booking a GPS with the car. None avalible when we got the car
