Having booked a vehicle through another company in Brisbane, we were advised via email 2 days before our trip that it was involved in an crash, and was no longer available. The were unable to provide another vehicle. Argus car Hire were able to find us a car, better than the other & cheaper as well the day before our holiday. They were wonderful, & so was East Coast Rentals. Thank you!!!
